Online Quran Memorization Course Launched in Lebanon

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Lebanon’s Al-Birr and At-Taqwa Society has launched an online course on memorization of the Quran.

Those aged 13 to 50, both men and women, from all over the world can take the virtual course, according to the society.

The online classes that began on Monday are held via WhatsApp.

They include lessons on memorization of the Quran, Tafseer (Quran interpretation) attributed to Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) and exams.

The top participants will be selected at the end of the course and awarded cash prizes of up to 5 million Lebanese pounds.

The Al-Birr and At-Taqwa Society also announced this week that registration has started for a Quranic course held by its affiliated Quran schools.

Named “Rayaheen al-Quran”, it will be held in person or online, via Zoom, for children and teenagers aged 4 to 14 years.
